Practice
• Acted as trial and appellate counsel in numerous reported commercial cases including contractual disputes, corporate reorganizations, shareholder disputes and oppression remedy cases.
• Specializes in securities litigation, including civil actions as well as the conduct and defence of regulatory matters before the Ontario Securities Commission, the Mutual Funds Dealers Association of Canada, the Investment Industry Regulating Organization of Canada and other industry regulators.
• Acted as co-counsel for a citizens group in The Cornwall Public Inquiry.

• Lecturer in Advanced Civil Procedure at Queen’s University Faculty of Law.
