Professional Interests I have been active in teaching advocacy to law students and practising lawyers through the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Programs through Osgoode Hall Law School, University of Toronto Law School, the Law Society of Upper Canada and The Advocates' Society in Ontario and joint programs of the Department of Justice / British Columbia Law Society in British Columbia. I have also taken an interest in the training of advocacy teachers through the same programs. I am actively involved in various committees relating to the practise of litigation in Ontario. I have been active in chairing and teaching at CLE seminars and programs, mostly through the Canadian Bar Association and The Law Society of Upper Canada.
