Tracy is a partner at Lax O'Sullivan Scott. She has a broadly based civil and commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on partnership and shareholder disputes, employment law, professional liability and regulatory health professions. Tracy has substantial experience advising clients in large and complex litigation matters. She also is experienced in alternative dispute resolution processes. Tracy has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and before administrative tribunals. 

Tracy is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers' Association and a director of The Advocates' Society. She is the president of the board of the Bond Street Nursery School and a regular volunteer and fund-raiser for Second Harvest. 

Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts (First Class) from McMaster University and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Bachelor of Laws in 1993. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1995.
