American College of Trial Lawyers: Canadian Code of Pretrial and Trial Conduct
The American College of Trial Lawyers has created guidelines directed to trial lawyers and the proper conduct of trial lawyers in the civil justice process involving unrepresented litigants. They are designed and intended to complement local rules of procedure, local rules of professional conduct and ethics, rules of evidence, and substantive law.
