Amendments to Consolidated Provincial Practice Direction: Superior Court of Justice

The following amendments to the Consolidated Provincial Practice Direction of the Superior Court of Justice will take effect on June 15, 2018:

Paragraph 46 is updated to reflect the times for family long motions in the Southwest Region.
Section C (Release of Digital Recordings) of Part V is amended in respect of digital recordings of civil motions, family motions and Small Claims Court proceedings.
Part VI (Books of Authorities in Civil Proceedings) is added.
