Program Description
Attend this essential program that will answer the what, when, why and how of documentary evidence. Learn how to prove the factual elements of your case and get the necessary documents admitted into evidence. Hear directly from judges and experienced litigators on how to effectively use testimonial, real, documentary and demonstrative evidence.

  • Getting documents into evidence
  • Critical considerations for cross-examination
  • Building impeachment skills
  • New approaches to evidence-in-chief
  • Electronic evidence

Register for the morning only featuring presentations by noted faculty, and dynamic demonstrations. Or stay for the full day including afternoon skills workshop for hands-on exercises. Workshop materials will be distributed electronically prior to the program. Advance preparation is required.
