Most of his practice consists of complex civil litigation and white collar criminal cases. He has tried cases in numerous states involving patent infringement, trade secrets, contracts, real property, shareholder disputes, construction claims, employment, premises liability, and franchises. He has also handled cases involving toxic tort, CERCLA, RCRA, and TSCA, trade dress, environmental crimes, tax fraud and securities fraud. He is a Fellow and Past President of the American College of Trial Lawyers and practices with Parsons Behle & Latimer in Salt Lake City, Utah.
