Meet your presenters

Roger J. Dodd is an internationally-known plaintiff's trial attorney, Roger Doddauthor, lecturer, consultant and expert on cross-examination techniques. Mr. Dodd is a frequent guest and commentator on Court TV and other legally-oriented programs. He has recently provided trial commentary on Good Morning America and Geraldo At Large. His newest book and DVD, ‘Media Skills: The Lawyer as Spokesperson', is an invaluable tool for lawyers and judges. Listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1991, Mr. Dodd has also been selected as a Georgia "Super Lawyer" every year since the program's inception in 2004. He is one of a select few in the states to also be selected as "Super Lawyer" in a second state (Florida) in 2009 to the present.

 

Larry PoznerLarry Pozner is a founding partner of the 27-lawyer litigation firm Reilly Pozner LLP. His national practice centers around complex commercial litigation (plaintiff and defence) and criminal defence cases. He frequently works in the financial services sector, handling such matters as defence of trade secrets, sub-prime mortgage issues, and investment litigation. Mr. Pozner is litigation counsel to the Denver Broncos football franchise, among other high-profile clients. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 25 consecutive years, and has been named a Top 50 Colorado lawyer. Mr. Pozner has appeared on the NBC Today Show, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, CNN, Court TV, and Fox News.
