Practice
Kathleen Erin Cullin is a lawyer practicing at Wallbridge Wallbridge, a
Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with offices throughout
Northeastern Ontario. Her practice is restricted to Plaintiff's personal
injury and professional malpractice litigation. She is certified by the
Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario,
Erin has been practicing in Northeastern Ontario since her call to the
Bar in 1997. She has appeared as lead counsel at all level of Court in
Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Erin has taken a special interest in organizing and delivering
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs throughout the
Province. Since 2014, she has been the co-chair for LSUC's Solo and
Small Firm Conference. Since 2015, she has been the Chair of Colloquium,
the Northeastern Ontario CPD Conference. Erin is a Skills Instructor
for the Advocates' Society, and has participated both as a presenter and
as a session leader for the Courthouse Series, both in Timmins and in
Sudbury. She has organized programs on evidence and Accident Benefits
for the Insurance Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association. She has
also taught general law courses at Northern College of Applied Arts and
Technology in Timmins.
Erin has served as a member of the Executive for the Insurance Law
section of the Ontario Bar Association. She has also served as a member
of the Executive for the Cochrane Law Association in Northeastern
Ontario.
