Megan routinely represents clients in all areas of corporate, commercial, employment, civil and administrative litigation. She argues cases involving shareholder and partnership disputes, duties of directors and employees, creditors' rights, product liability and other complex commercial cases. She acts often on behalf of senior executives terminated from employment. She appears before all levels of court, including the Toronto Commercial List, Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
She also has extensive hearings experience before professional disciplinary tribunals. She appears often as a prosecutor before the discipline committees of the various health and other professions. In addition, she defends professionals before their regulators and the civil courts.
