In this joint program put on by the Construction Law Practice Group and the Arbitration and Mediation Practice Group, you will get a rare glimpse into the complex and exciting world of specialized arbitrations. Using the construction and technology arbitration industries as examples, our panelists will discuss issues that commonly arise in specialized arbitrations, and how best to deal with them.
