Afternoon Workshop: How to Develop Your People (1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
A key goal for every leader is to encourage the growth, development and motivation of their team members. But how do we do this? In this interactive workshop, you will learn a step-by-step process for creating a highly developed team. Discover how to accelerate the learning of your people and understand how to provide the right amount of direction and support to them. You’ll also practice giving positive and constructive feedback to mitigate performance issues and ensure your people are focused on the right tasks and objectives.
