The Ontario Superior Court of Justice announced last week that the e-hearing platform CaseLines
is a secure, cloud-based e-hearing platform that allows litigators to upload, store, review, search, mark-up, share and present court documents virtually. CaseLines is expected to be implemented province-wide by the end of 2020. Join us live online on August 13 to find out what you need to know about the CaseLines rollout and how it works. Learn also about the recent expansion of online filing in Ontario.
*Due to current concerns with COVID-19, we will be offering this program fully remotely via webcast only.
