Mock Mediation in Freeze Frame
In Part 1 of this interactive exercise, participants will witness a live mock mediation designed to illustrate the teaching points raised in the previous segment. The instructors will freeze frame the mediation as it progresses and engage participants in an interactive discussion about various aspects of the mediation including opening statements, tactics, ethical considerations, tone, style, and their impact.

Virtual Caucus in Freeze Frame
In Part 2 of this interactive exercise, participants will observe firsthand what happens during the caucus meeting with the other team. Our lead instructors will freeze each caucus intermittently to walk you through the strategies at play, what’s working, what’s not and why. You will gain essential tips and tools for managing your client and the mediator.
