Please note that this program is only open to participants who have registered for Part 1 of
The Art of Examination-in-Chief on November 29.
Participants of the
plenary session are also eligible to join us for our learning-by-doing skills workshop on November 30, with in-person and online options available. The workshop is your chance to get on your feet and practise your examination-in-chief skills in a supportive learning environment. You will get practical, individualized feedback from our trained instructors on your technique and form, and will be given the opportunity to work with exhibits. You will also learn from your peers as you work through the interactive exercises in small groups.
Please note that the workshop requires advance preparation based on a mock case file, which will be provided to you in advance of the workshop. Please ensure that you set aside enough time to prepare for the workshop, which may take up to a half-day to prepare for, depending on your level of experience.
