Our popular Toronto Mentoring Dinner is back in person!
Junior lawyers faced unique challenges over the past two years, such as onboarding virtually or trying to find mentorship when the "office pop-in" no longer existed. Prepare yourself for the next era of practicing law at our first in-person mentoring dinner since 2020. Discussions will include finding meaningful mentorship, navigating the in-person office environment, managing legal career stressors and building a way forward.
How will the event work?
You will be seated to a four-course dinner where there will be 2 mentors at your table. The mentors will switch tables at the end of every course. Each course will feature a different mentoring topic and you will be provided a list of discussion points to help guide the conversations.
Mentoring Topics:
Round 1: Mentoring Relationships: Where to Begin?
Round 2: Navigating the Office Environment
Round 3: A Day in the Life: Stressors and Tips on Resilience
Round 4: A Way Forward
Spaces are limited. This is a TAS Members only event. Registration includes a 4 course dinner with wine or non-alcoholic beverages.
