BC Supreme Court Responds to TAS Efforts to Encourage Advocacy Opportunities for Junior Counsel

Further to a request from former BC Regional Advisory Committee Chair, now The Hon. Justice Simon Coval, to The Hon. Justice Ronald Skolrood in November 2020, seeking support from the Court to encourage advocacy opportunities for junior counsel, The Hon. Chief Justice C. E. Hinkson of the Supreme Court of  British Columbia responded in support of this request and encouraged the bar to facilitate the development of junior counsel and the active involvement of more junior counsel in trials and other proceedings.
