Central West Region: Early Pretrial Conferences

The judges of the Superior Court of Justice, Central West Region will receive requests for early pretrial conferences in an effort to improve access to justice for parties involved in time-sensitive civil personal injury actions.

To be considered for an early pretrial conference, counsel for the plaintiff must submit a written request for a pretrial to Regional Senior Justice Peter A. Daley, with copies sent to all other parties.  The request must set out the nature of the action and why early court intervention is necessary.  The requests will be assessed and counsel will be advised as to whether a pretrial conference can be offered and, if so, the times available.
