CPD Programs

With a curriculum of over 100 civil, administrative, family, criminal and special litigation programs, we have something for everyone – and each program is taught by experienced faculty members who are acknowledged experts in their field. When you learn from TAS you learn from the best.

PLEASE NOTE: Until it is safe to proceed in person, all of our collegial events or gatherings and education programs will be offered online where possible, or postponed to a later date. We will continue to update you on new formats for existing programs and new programs under development. For a list of all postponed or cancelled programs go here.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates, including decisions for future programs, as things evolve.

It is no secret that being well-prepared is important to the success of your case. However, the way in which a litigator prepares can vary greatly, and chances are, you could be doing it better! Join our dynamic faculty in this brand-new program designed to break down preparation at each stage of litigation, from preparing yourself to meet your client and effectively gather evidence, to preparing a knock-out cross-examination.

Participants in the plenary session are also eligible to join us for our hands-on skills workshop, which will be held fully remotely. The workshop is your chance to practice and refine your opening statement and examination-in-chief skills in a supportive environment. You will get practical, individualized feedback from our trained faculty. You will also learn from your peers as you work through the interactive exercises in small groups. Please also note that this program requires preparation based on a mock case file, which will be provided to you in advance of the program.
