Cancellations, Changes and Transfers

Our faculty and staff depend on the attendance and engaged participation of our program registrants at our CPD programs. That said, we understand that, on occasion, professional or personal circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered.

Cancellation requests must be received via email to cpd@advocates.ca at least five (5) business days before the program day to receive a full refund.  Any cancellation requests received less than five (5) business days before the program date will not be processed.

Changes regarding the format of a program (live course or webcast) must be received at least two (2) business days before the program date to be processed. Any requests to change the format of a program received less than two (2) business days before the program date will not be processed.

Registration transfers (between registrants) should be received at least two (2) business days before the program date to be processed.
