Friday CPD program: 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Registration fee includes lunch, cocktail reception and dinner on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and educational materials which will be provided prior to the program. Registrants for the program may register one guest. Guest registration fee includes Friday lunch, cocktail reception and dinner, and Saturday breakfast; excludes attendance at the CPD portion of the conference.
*Conference to be held at the Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre, 242 Jozo Weider Blvd Blue Mountains, Ontario. Friday night accommodation is not included in the registration fee. See Accommodations tab for more details and to book your stay at Blue Mountain Resort.
Our faculty and staff depend on the attendance and engaged participation of our program registrants at our CPD programs. That said, we understand that, on occasion, professional or personal circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered.
To receive a full refund for your Fall Forum
registration fee, cancellation requests must be received by
Friday, September 30. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to
cpd@advocates.ca. Cancellation requests will not be processed if they are received later than the above deadline. Registration transfers (between registrants) should be received at least two (2) business days before the program date to be processed.
Cancellation of your hotel room reservation must be made directly with Blue Mountain Resort. The Advocates' Society does not have control or take responsibility for any fees associated with hotel cancellation.

All in-person attendees are strongly encouraged to wear a mask when not eating, drinking or presenting.
