Strong negotiation skills are the difference between adequate settlements and exceptional outcomes. Evaluating risk accurately, with the help of scientific analysis, is critical to negotiating from a position of strength.

This program for litigators of all levels of seniority will teach you the techniques you need to maximize value for your client and succeed as an advocate at mediation.

You will learn how to:

Harness the science of risk assessment
Prepare your client for mediation by exploring interests, impact and creative solutions
Advocate at mediation to persuade the decision-maker
Understand and use different negotiation strategies to your advantage

Skilled litigators and mediators will also demonstrate how you can be a more effective advocate during mediations and provide you with tangible strategies for doing so.
