Learn from the pros in video demonstrations as they show you how to build credibility in examination in chief, and to undermine credibility on cross-examination.

This year we are introducing a concise new format: an hour of panel discussions and pre-recorded demonstrations, and back by popular demand, a 30 minute Ask Me Anything session with local judges where you will have an opportunity to ask judges for practice tips, do's and don'ts, and more!

How to build the foundation of your client’s credibility in examination in chief
Strategies to rescue your client’s credibility on re-examination
Tactics to undermine the credibility of the other side’s witness
