Jury trials are perhaps not so common as they used to be, but they still play a crucial role in our judicial system. After a break in some jurisdictions due to the pandemic, jury trials are on their way back.

How do different jurisdictions treat jury trials? What are the pros and cons of a jury trial? When should you push for a jury trial, and when should you ask for a trial with a judge alone? Join our panel of experienced lawyers and judges from across the country to hear candid conversations of what works and what doesn’t and what we can expect from jury trials in the future.
