This workshop is your chance to gain hands-on experience arguing a mock summary judgment motion in a safe learning environment. Our trained instructors will provide you with immediate, individualized feedback on your performance, and you will also learn from your peers as you work through interactive exercises in small groups. You will receive the benefit of hands-on, practical learning that is laser-focused on the core advocacy skills you need for effective summary judgment motions advocacy.
