The talented advocates you want to recruit expect your team to be diverse and inclusive, and so do your clients. Mentoring is important, but sponsorship is critical to advancement, and it requires intention. What can you do to develop and support an inclusive firm culture that diverse advocates want to join and remain a part of? How can you best promote your colleagues and ensure diverse advocates have access to opportunities to build their careers?
Join the
Commercial Litigation Practice Group for the 2022 Diversity & Inclusion Lunch, which will focus on attracting, retaining, and championing diverse advocates.
The panel will be followed by breakout sessions where you can continue the discussion with commercial litigation colleagues in engaging smaller groups.
You will learn:
- How to create a more inclusive and inviting workplace: moving from performative to practical
- Tips for providing meaningful mentorship, sponsorship, and support to improve retention and advancement of diverse advocates
- Strategies for setting advocates up for long-term success on your team
Registration includes access to an archive recording of the panel discussion for 30 days following the program. The breakout sessions will not be recorded.
*Due to current concerns with COVID-19, this program will be broadcast online only.
