Remote Skills Workshop: Virtual Discoveries

TAS Learning-by-Doing is going virtual! Join us online for our pilot program and receive timely training on how to conduct effective remote discoveries. Participants will have the chance to practice a mock examination for discovery in a virtual setting. Registration is limited to 16 participants, so register now to secure your spot.

In advance of the workshop, participants will receive access to view archived webcasts of our Litigating From Home: Remote Examinations and Mastering Winning Discovery Techniques programs.

During the workshop, our experienced faculty will share their tips for conducting effective remote examinations for discovery. Workshop participants will then conduct a mock virtual examination for discovery using Zoom and receive personalized feedback from The Society's trained faculty in a supportive environment. Advance preparation is required for the workshop.
