Court of Appeal for Ontario releases decision in Trinity Western University v. Law Society of Upper Canada

On June 29, 2016, the Court of Appeal for Ontario released its decision in Trinity Western University v. Law Society of Upper Canada.  The Court dismissed TWU’s appeal, upholding the decision of the LSUC to not accredit TWU’s proposed law school.  Read the decision here.
